WHAT WE DO
The Dream Centre is an immersive environment for innovators to receive blueprints from heaven and the essential tools, coaching, and funding to bring their dreams to life.
Dream
Our mandate is to partner with God to see “on Earth as it is in heaven” become a reality in every sphere of influence. For those who are willing to wait on Him, He is releasing blueprints from heaven. Come and learn to ascend into the heavenlies and start
co-creating with Him.
Equip
The Dream Accelerator and Academy exist to equip you with the skills, tools and mentoring needed to turn your dream – be it a business, not-for-profit, ministry, or project – into a reality. It will also help you develop the identity, character, and discipline required to steward your dream into the future.
Launch
We provide the support needed to successfully launch your dream with the structures in place to sustain you for the long-term. There will be an opportunity to pitch for funding and to network with potential mentors, advisors, co-founders, investors and partners.

Matthew 6:10
‘Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.’
We believe God is raising up a generation of dreamers who will bring a powerful expression of His heart to the Earth. People who will search out the heavenly blueprints and implement what the Lord has revealed to them. These blueprints could be for initiatives, businesses, or ministries that are redemptive and life-giving to those whom they serve.
John 15:5
I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
Jesus is looking for a bride to co-labour and co-create with who will pursue His heart and dream with Him for the nations. A bride who is submitted (​​Eph 5:25-27) but also empowered to ideate and steward as she is inspired and consumed by His heart – a bride who shares His mind! (1 Cor 2:16).
Matthew 28:19
“ Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”
Our founder Joshua Muwanguzi had a vision as he pondered how the great commission could ever be fulfilled by common methods of evangelism. The Lord showed him a picture of giant nets and said that He would release strategies for drawing people into the Kingdom en masse. The Lord was showing him how innovative blueprints from heaven would be released through every sector or sphere of influence to demonstrate the gospel like never before.
Hebrews 12:27
…all of creation will be shaken and removed, so that only unshakable things will remain.
We believe that the blueprints God is releasing are for innovations that will endure through to the age to come, just as Davids inspiration for Jerusalem (a place of worship where the presence of God was honoured) and ultimately the temple, will become the New Jerusalem the place of Jesus throne in the Millennial Kingdom – and a picture of His bride, the temple in whom His spirit dwells!
Matthew 6:33
“Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
We are in a time where God is calling His heirs to steward abundant resources. The outworking of His dreams requires resources, and He is looking for hearts who are ready to steward wealth without being corrupted by it. We trust that He will resource you as you begin laying the foundation for the dream He has entrusted you to steward, and as you grow in your identity as a son.
Luke 15:31
“His father said to him, ‘Look, dear son, you have always stayed by me, and everything I have is yours.’
In the parable of the prodigal son, we like to say that both sons were prodigals, because the one who remained in the Father’s house never walked in his identity as a son nor did he access the limitless resources the Father had availed! As we grow in sonship, we learn to leverage the resources of heaven! Romans 8:19 says that all creation eagerly awaits the manifestation of the true sons of God. Creation is liberated when you co-create from a place of sonship!

STORY
History of the Dreamers
It all started in Kampala, Uganda in 2018 with a small group of young professionals, aka dreamers, who gathered on weekends to meet with God. He gave us divine blueprints and inspirations for initiatives that could bring transformation to the nation, as well as a vision for the Dream Center, where thousands of dreamers would be equipped and sent.
The Academy was launched in 2019 with short courses for entrepreneurs, and the Accelerator will be launching early 2025. There's been a lot going on behind the scenes as the Lord has been laying the foundations for scale in the season ahead!
FOUNDING TEAM
In 2018 Arthur Kisakye, Joshua & Pamela Muwanguzi founded the Dream Center out of a shared vision to empower young dreamers to catalyse positive change in Uganda and the nations. They are backed by a team of dreamers and strategic partners.
Joshua Muwanguzi
Joshua is a finance and business expert with accounting, audit, and administration experience in both Uganda and New Zealand. At the Dream Centre he supports teams with strategy development and enhancing business acumen to drive sustainable growth, impact and success. His heart for the continent of Africa has also led him to runs our Think Tanks, which gather industry experts to tackle some of the greatest challenges nations are facing today.
Arthur Kisakye
By trade, Arthur is a cardiac nurse, he is also an anointed worshipper with a pastoral heart. Currently leading the Dreamers fellowship, Arthur's compassionate heart draws him to dream at massive scale and lead others into this process. A dream that is dear to Arthur's heart is to bring dignity to the underserved in urban centers by transforming and transitioning slum communities into affordable housing.
Pamela Muwanguzi
Pamela has been in the field of new innovation and startup business coaching for over a decade. She has vast experience creating new technologies across various sectors, one of which raised VC funds in Silicon Valley. She is passionate about empowering dreamers with the required tools and pathway to create massive impact through the outworking of their dreams. At the Dream Centre she gets to do this through her lead role in our Academy & Accelerator program.
